Lead Time

To guarantee the freshness of the ingredients and quality of our treats, please place your order with at least 3 days' notice. For bulk orders, Holiday season & customized cakes. please place your orders 2 weeks before delivery/pickup.

Reminder

We kindly advise you to consider booking a Lalamove SEDAN / MVP or Grab for the pick-up of your orders. This recommendation is made with the utmost care for the quality of our products. Whole Cakes, Cupcakes, and Dessert cups, are prone to damage & and melting inside the insulated box.

To maintain the integrity and quality of your order. Please be aware that once the order has been handed over to the courier for pick-up or delivery, Wilfredo's Kitchen is not liable for any damages.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of order cancellation, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we can only provide a 50% refund for canceled bookings.
