INCLUSIONS:

• Complete Buffet Set-up & Catering Equipments
• Guest table with linen covers
• Skirted buffet table with standard centerpieces for each table (Buffet Style Service)
• Plates, utensils, glasses and Table napkins
• Well-trained Waiters and Buffet Attendants in Uniform
• 4 hours of service (Additional P 2,000 per succeeding hours)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Before booking an event, please request the full terms and conditions.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All functions are subjected to an additional service fee of 10%.
• Delivery Charges may apply depending on the location
• Venues not located on the ground floor may incur floor charges, and venues with staff require a minimum of 2-3 hours of set-up time.
• Incidental charges such as breakages, overtime, and other additional charges shall be settled right after the event. The bill shall be provided to the client and payment should be settled.
• The Client shall, applicable, secure all the permits, gate pass, authorization, or clearance necessary for the ingress during the event. The company shall not be liable for any delay due to the client’s failure to settle the said permits
• Entrance fees to the premises (subdivision, clubhouse, buildings, etc) shall be shouldered by the client and will automatically be added to their bill.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• To secure the date, a PHP 10,000 reservation fee is required. This fee will also serve as a cash deposit for any damaged equipment or lost items. It is non-deductible, but you will receive the deposit back after the event if there are no damages or losses.
• Upon contract signing, the client is required to provide the 50% downpayment and the remaining balance shall be secured at least (2)weeks before the event.

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain essential details, including the confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. FAQs
