- Before placing your order, please message us on Facebook or Instagram to check if your preferred date is available. If your preferred date is available on the website, you can proceed with placing your order. Please allow a 7-day lead time for order processing.
- Due to high demand, we require full payment at the time of ordering to secure your slot.
- Please submit your proof of payment within 24 hours to complete your order. (If we don’t receive it in time, your order will be automatically voided)
- Upon ordering, please provide complete details including product name and quantity. Also, let us know your preferred pickup date and time. (For example, if you need your order by 10 AM, please book it at least 1 hour in advance)
- Reminder we recommend using a Lalamove Sedan/MVP or Grab for pickup. This helps maintain the quality of our cakes, cupcakes, and dessert cups. Please note that Wilfredo’s Kitchen is not liable for any damage.
- To reschedule your order, please inform us at least 7 days before pickup, or 14 weeks for bulk orders.
- To avoid order errors, please book your courier or pickup. Provide your Facebook/Instagram name and order number to ensure smooth handling. (You can easily find us by pinning Wilfredo’s Kitchen, Antiplolo on Google Maps)
- Rescheduling can only be accommodated not less than 5 days before the pickup date, or 10 days for bulk orders, due to preparation requirements.
